Bright pink and smelling of suntan lotion, Poorboy’s Wheel Sealant can be used on aluminium, coated, chrome and painted wheels and offers superb protection from the environment and brake dust.
Brake dust attacks the wheels and can leave you with corrosion, so the price of this Wheel sealant is much less than a set of new rims. Poorboy’s Wheel Sealant provides a clear, shiny and protective coating that will block out the dirt and pollution. You apply it like you would any wax or sealant, buffing to produce a shine and then the dirt and dust sit on this coating unable to break through it. It also means that your wheels will be easier to clean next time.

Use on any wheel types

“I treat the z4 to a set of CSL wheels and wanted to protect them prior to fitting them on the car as I knew they were going to be a complicated wheel to clean. I gave each wheel two coats of Poorboys Wheel Sealant, buffing in between applications - it smells awesome! It makes the wheels so much easier to clean now, I do use the Bilberry wheel cleaner but dirt just doesnt seem to stick. A huge recommendation for this stuff.........”

“Applied two coats of this to my alloy wheels. It was quite hard to apply and buff off, but afterwards the wheels were very shiny.”

“Seems to do a good job. My brakes seem to produce a lot of dust and after a weeks build up and most of it seems to come off with a quick spray of shampoo and a hose after sealing them with this on the previous wash. Haven't tried extended use as I wash it weekly but I am planning to seal them with this once a month, the same time I wax the rest of the car.”

“I had purchased a new set of alloy wheels which is why I thought I would try Poorboys Wheel Sealant. I applied 1 coat of Autoglym Super Resin Polish, then 2 coats of Poorboys Wheel Sealant prior to fitting the wheels to my car. I have now done approximately 300 miles on very dirty, soaking wet B roads (the rain hasn't stopped!) and have just washed my car. The wheels are amazingly easy to clean. I needed nothing to clean the wheels except for my hose and Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo - the drake dust and dirt wiped off fantastically easily. I put this down to the Poorboys Wheel Sealant. It is a VERY easy product to apply and when applying the product you can just tell it is going to work and work well. I am delighted with this product and would recommend it to anyone. The wheels I have are quite an intricate design and I was expecting to be spending a fair amount of time cleaning them with a variety of brushes etc. but now I have used this product I know that it is going to make cleaning my wheels a lot easier and will protect my wheels from brake dust and all the dirt, salt, grime etc. that wheels are subjected to . I think this product will last a long time between re-applications. Very good value. VERY pleased. The best product I have used on my wheels.”

“Excellant product, i find that when applying it the old saying "Less is more" is definetly true. You don`t need to use a lot for it to go a long way. What i like about it is how it reduces the build up of brake dust. Most definetly my number one choice for wheel sealant. AUTO DETAILING SERVICES of Biggin Hill”

“Bought it because a lot of people recommend it. First impressions, it is easy to apply like butter on a sandwich, only pink. Doesn't smell great, but gives noticable protection. Not too expensive either.”

“BUT PLEASE DONT EAT IT !!! - First thing i noticed was the smell, so good, secondly so easy to apply and no problems in removing, still waiting to test durability, but already see the difference when washing with just shampoo.”
