GYEON Q² Can Coat EVO

Gyeon Q2 Can Coat EVO is an increibly easy to use spray coating, simply spray onto the attached microfibre and wipe until you achieve full gloss. Now in its EVO form to provide you with a more durable yet easy to apply SiO2 based coating.

Gyeon Q² Can Coat EVO is the easiest coating to apply you will experience. It is also the best value for money product to protect or maintain your ceramic coated car. Its 200ml size allows you to coat or re-apply it over 10 to 15 times!

Q² Can Coat EVO offers more durable performance, improved visual enhancement and hydrophobic properties - all thanks to the updated EVO formula. It remains as easy to apply as it used to, now featuring even easier wipe off.

All EVO formulas can be applied outdoors. Ensure stable conditions, never use in direct sunlight and check the weather forecast! The coating should not get wet in the first 12 hours after application.

“Unbelievable service. I was desperate for this coating as I thought I had a spare can in stocks only to find there was nor enough to complete my job. I rang my local detailing supplier and they said they did not have any in stocks and I should try these guys. Ordered at about 3.30pm and it arrived before 10am next day. “Bought this to protect the front of our caravan. Managed to get the shine back on the 5 year old GRP and this stuff has sealed it all in. Really easy to apply and 1 can will do a full car and caravan so great value. I do expect to be re applying in about 6 months. Very happy with this product and would recommend to anyone who is new to ceramic coating and wants an easy to use product.”

“This stuff reminds me of auto finesse tough coat. I wiped all panes down with panel wipe IPA and then sprayed this on. Spread it with cloth provided and buffed with same cloth. Results were amazing and beading is incredible. Highly recommend this product.”

“As most, if not all of the reviews have said, the Gyeon Can Coat is very easy to apply and remove. I applied it on a dry, overcast day. The next day it rained heavily and it was obvious that water beaded as described. When the car was driven, you could see the water Just bead off. Recommend this product 100%.”

“Super easy to use, I watched the how to videos by Gyeon to be sure which includes a few handy tips. Leaves a really deep finish. Time will tell on protection. To rinse spray head I used open hose stuck the tube down it and just pumped the spray head.”

I'm not sure why that merits a 1 star review though, but appreciate the time to reach out. There are full instructions with it. I'm not totally sure from the short negative review you are fully understanding the product though. By degrease, you just need to make sure the paint is clean and free from as much contamination as possible, the cleaner the better to bare paint so it can bond. You could put it straight over anything, it just won't bond as well so not as much durability but every single wax or sealant is exactly the same they all ideally need the paint degreasing. As a one off you could just 'degrease' the paint with washing up liquid solution, all you are doing is stripping back all the old muck and sealants to ensure it bonds well.
