If you're using a chamois to dry your car, then it's only a matter of time before the Animal Liberation Front (Bambi Deer Division) pay you a visit and stuff rabid gerbils through your letterbox. It is therefore far safer to use the finest synthetic microfibre known to humanity, as woven on Dodo Island.
The Dodo Juice soft touch drying towel is whopping great 500gsm in weight, it is softer than other mega fluffy microfibres as you don't want to rub any old rag on your pristine paintwork. Sure, waffle weaves absorb fractionally more water, but they're like a badger's backside compared to this smooth operator.

“Big, soft, extra absorbing dodo towel. had meguiares water magnet. from now water magnet is degraded for wheels only :). would recomend, would buy again.”

“I bought this towel as I have been unimpressed with a waffle weave one. This towel is amazingly soft and can hold litres of water - it weighs a few kg when lifted out of a bowl of water! Unlike a chamois, it doesn't quite remove all the water but the bit left behind dries without streaking. No need to wring it out when drying the car. I machine washed it before first use to make sure it didn't leave bits behind.”

“I already use one of these and just bought another two for presents. You'll dry-off your car and wonder where did the water go? The towel doesn't become sodden,you'll struggle to wring it out and you'll complete the job in no time. The only negative is you'll start behaving like one of those telly-ad guys by demonstrating to anyone passing what 'miracle of technology' you're using. For £9.95,it's a no-brainer so go for it.”

“I have used several different towels over time but this is without doubt the softest and thickest towel I have ever come across. Not as big as some I have used but still soaks up the water really well. If you only want the softest products touching your paintwork get this, you wont be disappointed!”
