Dodo Juice - Soft Touch Premium Drying Towel
If you're using a chamois to dry your car, then it's only a matter of time before the Animal Liberation Front (Bambi Deer Division) pay you a visit and stuff rabid gerbils through your letterbox. It is therefore far safer to use the finest synthetic microfibre known to humanity, as woven on Dodo Island.
The Dodo Juice soft touch drying towel is  whopping great 500gsm in weight, it is softer than other mega fluffy microfibres as you don't want to rub any old rag on your pristine paintwork. Sure, waffle weaves absorb fractionally more water, but they're like a badger's backside compared to this smooth operator.
Soft cotton-banded edging, 60x60cm

That , is a quality piece of kit, not sure when I will require more, but most certainly will purchase again.

Really effective product, especially on first use. Towel looks a bit worse for wear after only a couple of uses and it's first wash, but I guess that's to be expected. Wouldn't go back to a chamois after using this.

Having always used a chamois cloth I didn't know what to expect from this approach to drying but I have now abandoned chamois in favour of this drying towel. Draped the towel across the roof of my washed and rinsed car then slowly pulled it the full length and every bit of water was removed on that side of the roof - amazing. Repeated on other side of (estate car) roof and the bonnet. All water removed but where on earth did it go because whilst now damp the towel was not very wet and I couldn't wring any water out as I do with a chamois. I carefully dried the whole of the car and still the towel was wet but not dripping wet. Very strange. I couldn't get any water out of the towel so put it in our airing cupboard to dry and next day it was totally dry. One towel did the whole of my estate car without any problem and this experience has changed the way I dry my car in future.

the best drying towel I have used. Absorbs a serious amount of water and super safe to use on any type of paint due to it being so soft

Got this to replace a waffle weave towel and what a difference. Really absorbs the water. Maybe need two if drying a large vehicle. I didn`t bother washing before first use and had no problems with any fibres being deposited on the car. Will be ordering another soon

Didn't absorb water well. Left fibres all over the car. Other similar products work straight out of the packaging and don't need a wash first. High price to pay for what it delivers.

OK, this towel just SUCKS up water! If I'm honest, you might need 2 to dry a whole car, as once it's damp, it doesn't (obviously) dry as well as when the towel is dry. Reckon with 2 you'd bone dry a car in about 2minutes. It's that good, I've bought another to use on the dog when he gets wet!
