DAS-6 PRO Dual Action Polisher - Menzerna Intro. Kit

The DAS-6 PRO Menzerna kit is the ideal kit for tackling all types of paints, although it is particularly suited to harder paints. This is a great little introductory kit into the world of machine polishing.

This kit pairs, the new style Menzerna Cutting & finishing pads with the brilliant combination of Menzerna Heavy Cut for swirls and scratches with the Super Finish 3500 to remove holograms and light swirls.

The machine itself comes supplied with a UK 240v plug, is fully CE marked and has the peace of mind of a 1 year manufacturers warranty.

Dual action polishers are very popular with car enthusiasts and professionals a like as they are low risk but give much better results than polishing by hand. With a even more powerful 900w motor it is possible to removes scratches and swirl marks when used in conjunction with a machine polish. It is also perfect for applying glazes, sealants and waxes.

“purchased this machine a while back, have had the first couple of hours with it allready im satisfied with this package, both price and quality. - you should buy a soft backing plate. and maybe a small bacingplate for tight spots as well. complete rookie and i couldn't find any holograms afterwards.”

“My first DA, but having used a rotary before I was a bit worried, but found it a doddle to use. Bought the kit to polish our enamel bath, now when enamel has a porous finish you can't re-polish it but you CAN flat it all down, remove the lime scale and buff away back to a semi shine. It came out excellent. What a great bit of kit, nice long lead, powerful motor, the backing plates have lines so you can easily see if your not applying enough pressure or to much as when its right it looks like its standing still AND a really handy bag. Can't wait to buy more different pads and go for it on my GSXR when it warms up a bit. If you've been looking like me for ages at which polisher to buy, I HIGHLY recommend this kit BUT if your paint work is really old you might have to buy a paste with a bit more cutting action than the stuff supplied but ask their advise first. I rate this 10 out 10 without doubt”

“Many, many, thanks to Dave at Clean Your Car, for fantastic customer care. Well, actually, before I even became a customer! I had very little knowledge of detailing, but I knew exactly what I wanted to achieve. Dave was very friendly (and also very patient) on the phone, and gave me the clear and expert advice that I needed. Dave made sure that I understand what kit and consumables would suit my needs best, and guided me through the process for using it. Ordered the kit, (great price) and it arrived very quickly. Can't wait to try out the new machine and the polishes; cleaner and sealant. Will give an update review when I've used it. Can't recommend these guys enough...... first class and friendly service. “Bought the DAS-6 pro, with menzema kit and three pads. i have always like looking after my cars and have considered one of these for a while. I nearly bought the non pro and also considered the new one with bigger orbit (if your gonna use more often i would consider this as i suspect its quicker). But this is good with lots of power. I have enjoyed it but please bear in mind using one of these does not mean its a quick job, doing things right with one of these takes patience, you can't really cheat, take your time and do the right number of steps with the right compounds with the right pad, Don't think you can miss stages as its no quicker and less effective. This is were the advice is the key, after buying i called them and chatted about what i was trying to achieve and my cars paint condition(recently part resprayed. as a novice it was useful and made me take my time. After calling i bought a wax and a smaller set of pads to get into awkward places as if you try with a bigger pad soon as the edge touches another angle the pad stops spinning and then does not work. Good product and i appreciated the fact they gave me time to chat and ask questions.”

“This kit is superb, I used it on an horribly swirled L200, which is quite a size and very daunting to do by hand. I used the cutting compound on the 8" medium pad, I have never machine polished anything so wasn't really sure how to get going, even on level 1 this machine worked harder in no time at all than I could have done all day, just a few passes, no pressure and the swirls vanished once buffed, so easy so light and the Menzerma polish really deserves its reputation as one of the finest polishes out there, combined with the DAS 6 pro it excels even in my untrained hands. I intend to add more of it to my kit.”
