DAS-6 PRO Dual Action Polisher v2

Brand new to the market is the DAS-6 PRO Dual Action Polisher v2 which quite simply is the best random orbital car polisher available. We've taken the DAS-6 and improved it with an all new more powerful 900w motor which delivers much more low end power.

This new 2023 model features a number of upgrades over the previous generation. Including a rubberised front grip handle and counterweight shield. The bearings and gearing have been refreshed for an even smoother action, making this amongst the smoothest easiest to use dual action car polishers on the market. The brushes have also been made so they can be changed externally making servicing the machine much easier. Not only that but we are now including a 3" (75mm) backing plate for those tighter areas and a high quality foam cutting and finishing pad. A a ground up detailing machine we really feel this is now the most complete machine available.

The machine comes supplied with a UK 240v or EU 110v plug, is fully CE marked and has the peace of mind of a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Improvements include a heavy duty 6 meter cable and a D-Handle. We are also including a very special embroidered canvas carry case with every machine, perfect for storing the machine and accessories whilst not in use.

The DAS-6 PRO has been fully re-engineered and is the most powerful Dual Action polisher on the market. The results of this extra power are a machine that cuts almost as well as a rotary but with all the safety of a dual action. Unlike other machines at low speeds the extra torque is a real benefit for application of polish.

Dual action polishers are very popular with car enthusiasts and professionals alike as they are low risk but give much better results than polishing by hand. With a powerful 900w motor it is possible to removes scratches and swirl marks when used in conjunction with a machine polish. It is also a perfect for applying glazes, sealants and waxes.

“I have just completed a wet sand and buff / polish of my new Jaguar F Type using the DAS 6 Pro DA Polisher and it has to be said that in conjunction with Chemical Guys pads and Meguiars #105 Ultra Cut and #80 Speed Glase and #7 Show Glaze the results are truely astounding. The Polisher is well balanced and runs very smoothly, it feels very well made and sturdy, plus the speed control is easy to access. Different cuts and galzes need different speeds, however I felt that using the polisher on speed 1 for spreading all products and then speeding up to 2 or 3 for the heavy cuts and 3 or 4 for the glazes worked very well. Even with extended periods of polishing, (at one time almost 6 hours non stop) the unit did not get to hot and continued without concern. This is a real 5 star product, it is nice to know that you can still buy quality gear. Thanks Tim for the recommendation !”

“Received my DAS-6 Pro this morning so went straight out to wash and polish the car. A great piece of kit that makes light work of removing swirl marks and polishing. I don't think I went over speed setting 4 so I think as an all round polisher / corrector it is great!”

“I Purchased this polisher on a Friday and it was shipped to me and it arrived on Tuesday at my address in Denmark. This weekend I used for the first time on my wife’s 15 year old Fiat Punto. It was the first time I ever used any polishing mashine and it was really easy. I started on the bonnet and the result were quite good, a few mistakes but none that weren’t polished right out with a extra pass with the fine compound. The machine itself does seem like very good quality both in the plastic housing and the motpr would not bog down even if I tried to make It do so.”

“I recently bought this along with some Menzerna polish and hex logic pads for use on my BMW in Alpine White. Finally got around to using it at the weekend. Read loads of guides and hints online before hand and decided to dive in and give it a go. Experimented with pads and polishes working my way up the degree of cut. Finally settled on a green pad and Menz PF2300 to get rid of swirls and finished with SF4500 on a black pad. I can't believe the finish I have achieved on my car. I thought it looked good before but now the depth of gloss, bearing in mind this is just a non metalic white, is stunning. My only regret is I didn't buy one earlier!!”
