DAS-6 v2 Dual Action Car Polisher

The all new and improved this DAS6 V2 Dual Action Car Polisher is finally here, developed specifically for detailing, this light weight, powerful dual action polisher is quite possibly the perfect introductory dual action polisher.

Dual Action polishers are very popular with car enthusiasts and professionals a like as they are low risk but give much better results than polishing by hand. With a powerful 700w motor it is possible to removes scratches and swirl marks when used in conjunction with a machine polish. It is also a perfect for applying glazes, sealants and waxes. This machine unlike its rivals was built for use with 5" (125mm) pads in mind, so was counter-weighted at the factory with this in mind making it far smoother than many of it's rivals. Most dual actions are counter weighted for use with a 6" pad and plate, yet by far the most popular pad choice amongst detailers is 5" which really plays to this machines strengths.

The DAS 6 v2 Dual Action car Polisher comes supplied with a UK 240v plug, is fully CE marked and has the peace of mind of a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Improvements include a heavy duty 5 meter cable and a D-Handle. We are also including a canvas carry case with every machine, perfect for storing the machine and accessories whilst not in use. Also icluded are two 5" (130mm) pads, one polishing & one finishing, so you'll have something to use right out of the bag.

“Machine is fine but I don't trust the reviews! There are reviews from 8 years ago for this machine (DAs 6 v2) , this machine wasn't out 8 years ago! Something is fishy.”

Thanks for the review Dave. In answer to the question about the older reviews though is because in essence its the same model, but new, revised & updated. When we updated it from the old 500w we had to keep the name and the links as the model number is still the same. If we were to create a whole new product we'd have lost all SEO rankings and history for it when in reality a updated version.

“First time with a DA Polisher and so easy to use, with great results. I cant compare with others, as no experience, but for an occasional DIY user I cant fault it. When I purchased, I phoned up and was talked through the options of which polish, pads and wax to use. Even though I am a newbie they took the time to explain everything as before phoning, I was totally confused. Highly recommended and will buy all my detailing products here in the future.”

“Fantastic DA polisher for the amateur detailer. Lightweight, easy to use and produces great results. The two size backing plates are really useful. “This is a very good and reliable machine. I used it in combination with some Country Lake pads and Menzerna polishes. It's versatile because it is not very heavy or big, and from my point of view it does not vibrate too much. Comes with 2 backing plates which is a plus.”

“I have used one quite big and heavy rotary before. Bought this DA since it stated that it weighs less than 2 kg - it is so easy to use it, even with one hand. I am having fun using it, even though it is really noisy (as all rotaries and DAs) I recommend it to anybody that does polishing as a hobby - I already did my car and two more to friend of mine, it is a breeze using it.”
