This is a Genuine 5 Gallon natural bucket imported directly from the USA. The wash bucket set comes complete with a Scratch Guard which fits the bottom of the bucket like a glove.

The thing Americans really do get right is the quality of their buckets. Manufactured from very high quality HDPE these are in our opinion along with the Zaino the best wash buckets on the market. Unlike many of the buckets you will see in the UK these are extremely high strengh and fit a grit guard in the base perfectly. These buckets sets do cost slightly due to the costs involved importing from America more but are genuinely worth the extra money over the cheap copies available in the UK.

The real beauty of this bucket is you can also see the wash solution can clearly be seen through the side of the bucket so you know when the water needs changing.

In our opinion these are the highest quality buckets on the market and a very worthwhile investment.

“Bucket is great but the grit guard is poorly fitting and floats. I would receommend getting the bucket on its own and using a separate grit guard.”

“This is a great bucket - exactly the same as my Zaino bucket but without the Zaino sticker and sealing lid. The grit guard is good too, but my only gripe is that the grit guard does not perfectly fit the base of the bucket and it actually floats in the water. This makes it infuriatingly difficult to use when washing the car, as you have to constantly push the guard down to the bottom of the bucket before rubbing your mitt along it to remove dirt particles. I can't recommend the bucket enough because I've had my Zaino one for more than a year now and it gets used very often and is still like new, but I'll be buying the other grit guard available separately here on CYC to use with it, based on other people's recommendations. The blue grit guard that comes with the Zaino bucket does not float like this black one, it sits on the bottom of the bucket at all times. The bucket itself gets 5 stars, but I had to knock one off because of the problem with the grit guad.”

“Great quality bucket, but the guard doesn't fit very well, so I used it in a smaller bucket, and use a different guard in this one. The bucket is very sturdy but I wish it came with a lid.”

“Only one mistake : Why having send an adjustable grit, which is unperfectly fitted in the bucket ? The unadjustable grit (the other grit available on CYC) does exactly the diameter of the bucket, perfect fitting. Unfortunately, it's a little shame, but for the price ... anyway, not a real big matter. But, the real positive point is that the bucket is a high quality one. I recommend it anyway.”
