This is a Genuine 5 Gallon natural bucket imported directly from the USA. The wash bucket set comes complete with a Scratch Guard which fits the bottom of the bucket like a glove.

The thing Americans really do get right is the quality of their buckets. Manufactured from very high quality HDPE these are in our opinion along with the Zaino the best wash buckets on the market. Unlike many of the buckets you will see in the UK these are extremely high strengh and fit a grit guard in the base perfectly. These buckets sets do cost slightly due to the costs involved importing from America more but are genuinely worth the extra money over the cheap copies available in the UK.

The real beauty of this bucket is you can also see the wash solution can clearly be seen through the side of the bucket so you know when the water needs changing.

In our opinion these are the highest quality buckets on the market and a very worthwhile investment.

“As said by others, you can see the water level which is nice and the quality is great. Unfortunately the grit guard isn't a good fit and does float around the bottom which isn't great when you are trying the clean the sheepskin. Some kind of measuring levels would be very useful i.e 5, 10, 15 litres litres but a quick session with a measuring jug and permanent marker sort that out. A lid would have made it a great bucket.”

“The good news is that the bucket is big and sturdy. It doesn't feel like it would break when you have it full of liquid. My error, I'm sure, but the bucket takes so much liquid that I filled it such that the liquid rushed over the top of the wash mitt I was using when I tried to rub it against the insert (see below). I guess that you want/need that volume of liquid otherwise why else make the bucket that big. The insert is a bit of a disappointment though. Perhaps wrongly, I was expecting that it would rest at the bottom of the bucket and I could simply rub the wash mitt against it to dislodge any grit/dirt. Sadly not. The insert is too light and floats in the liquid and moves off the bottom when pressed down such that I ended up holding the insert in one hand and wiping the wash mitt across it. A bit frustrating if I'm honest. I might try some blu-tack to stick the insert down to the bottom of the bucket and see if that helps.”

“This bucket is absolutely massive, makes my old standard bucket look so small. I like the fact it's semi-transparent so you can see how dirty the water is, and gauge if you need to empty and refill. I also now know why these buckets have little trolleys for them, as they are extremely heavy to carry round the car when full of water (bit of a given).”

“impressed with solidity of buckets, rips around top part stop them flexing when full, putting the grit guards together realised that it does matter where you start detaching the four fins as the 1st one fitted tight and the 2nd didnt as the fins poke out more or less due to position. interesting and alarming seeing how much dirt and abrasive matter is left at bottom of bucket, been using black buckets so was a struggle to see condition of water after wash, im surprised all pro bucket are not clear as many pro buckets are white clear has to be the best to see water condition even in poor light. im happy.”
