Bilt Hamber - Surfex HD Degreaser

Surfex HD is a powerful water based degreaser providing levels of cleaning power equaling harmful solvent based formulations. Based on a new generation of biodegradeable surfactants Bilt Hambers Surfex HD is a powerful, pleasent to use and environmentally friendly product.

Bilt-Hamber Surfex HD provides performance levels that match and even exceed solvent systems while meeting the latest standards of biodegradability.

Surfex HD attacks all oil and grease based soiling, but unlike solvent based cleaners will additionally and effortlessly clean organic, or water deposited grime. Surfex HD can be adjusted in strength to suit the level of soil, remaining active at add levels of just 1% in water for light work, or used neat for extreme duty.

Surfex HD is recommended for all arduous automotive, commercial and domestic cleaning duties.

Directions:

Surfex HD is used on cool surfaces diluted from 1 part in 100 for light cleaning or use neat for maximum grease and oil removal
Saturate greasy surfaces leave for a few moments
Agitate heavy soil with stiff bristled brush
Rinse surface with clean water
Always spot test before use

“Diluted about 1:6. Used to degrease a motorcycle that had collected years worth of grease, chainlube and dirt. It was a thick buildup of black mess. Now it looks brand new.”

“Surfex HD is soooooo versatile. Car use, house use (try it on your UPVc frames!) make it worth having in your cleaning arsenal. I bought 5 litres a couple of years ago, and I'm only 30% through it and I use it weekly! Keep a few spray bottles ready mixed at 1:10 for bug removal and windscreen cleaning, and a 1:5 mix for greasy surfaces such as wheel hubs/brake calipers. A must-have.”

“Surfex HD is undoubtedly the best degreaser EVER. Even at 10:1 it simply strips off grime, grease and engine oil with ease. It needs very little agitation compared to run of the mill APC/degreasers and leaves a spotless surface. Even my girlfriend commented how quickly it cleans the oven (which we all know can be a nasty, grubby job) not anymore :)”

“I recently bought some part worn tyres and they came covered in a horrible thick storage grease which no other product touched. I was recommend Surfex HD on detailing world and wow! I mixed it 10 parts water to 1 part Surfex HD in a spray bottle and it completely removed all traces of the grease and left the tyre spotless with one application and light agitation with a brush. Its a great product as it can be diluted down so much, I can't see it ever really needing to be used neat. I used it again today 10 to 1 on my carpet mats and they came up like new. I love Surfex HD and wouldnt be without it now! Ill be doing my engine bay tomorrow and have no doubt surfex HD will do the trick!”
