Bilt Hamber Auto Foam

Bilt Hamber Auto Foam is a premium quality, foaming pre-wash treatment, designed to soak and saturate soiled vehicle paintwork prior to the application of vehicle shampoo. Auto-Foam is gentle and can be use in conjunction with all pressure washer foam lances.

Bilt Hamber's Auto-Foam creates masses of bubbles systematically burst and move around, encouraging the soaking and cleansing agents to start working. Road grime is lifted from painted surfaces thereby minimising harm caused by swirling and marking during subsequent washing.

Bilt Hamber Auto Foam Directions:

Bilt Hamber Auto Foam is a dedicated snow foam, therefore the optimal application method is with a snow foam lance.

Bilt Hamber recommend a dilution ration based on 'panel impact ratio' of 1:20 to 1:100. Like most snow foams there are many variables to getting the perfect mix from your water pressure down to flow rates of your pressure washer. We therefore recommend using filling the bottle of your snow foam lance with about an inch of Auto Foam and then topping the rest with water. You can make a slightly stronger mix on badly soiled paint.

Spray onto the paint and allow a good few minutes for Auto Foam to dwell on the surface. By allowing Bilt Hamber Auto Foam to dwell on the surface of the paint allows the foam to get to work, softening and encapsulation dirt and grime. After about 5 minutes jet washing off will remove much of the dirt on the surface of the paint.

Typically snow foams remove about 90% of the contamination, thus making a final wash much easier, but critically removing most of the grit and dirt that could potentially scratch the surface of your paint.

“If you are looking for a snow foam that will get your car covered nice and thick than look elsewhere! This one is not thick at all which basically means a lot less mess around a car but a cleaning ability is second to none, by far the best one I've ever used. “I've not much to compare it to in all honesty but I'm unlikely to start trying other brands due to how well this worked. Used to pre-wash a very dirty MINI; after dwell time the foam on the floor clearly had dirty in it as could be seen by the brown discolouration - so clearly doing its intended job and loosening/ridding dirt from the surface of the car before a rinse and contact wash (I went with another foaming before the contact due to how dirty the car was) Recommended. Oh and it smells good too!”

“Excellent product - neutral auto foam that will clean but not remove the protection from your car. Had car detailed and this was recommended from a friend - would not buy any other product - this is not the thickest but is easy to remove and after about 5 minutes the dirty just washes off - Cool item”

“Bh auto foam does not strip lsp!! Been using this for just over a year, it's meant to be watery and it cleans bloody brilliantly! Leave it for a few mins and on a well protected car your car is practically clean. Even if your car isn't protected, still cleans very well! Don't bother looking anywhere else.”

“sorry guys this product is not for me... It stripped off my sonax :-( when I rinsed off the car it beaded great, I then used this snow foam on my car ( very watery compared to what I normally use ) when I rinsed it all of my car there was no water beading at all on the car and I had to re polish the whole car again. It did clean the car very well but it's not much use if it strips off all the polish every time I have gone back to my old snow foam Dug”
