Vikan - Wheel Brush
Galvanised wire covered with a soft black polyester filaments. This special product is particularly suitable for removing stubborn dirt from wheel rims whilst at the same time being very safe.
We found this brush ideal for gettiong in the gap between the brake caliper and disc that many wheel brushes often struggle with. It is a firm bristled brush so care should be taken on very delicate wheels.
Brush length : 170 mm

“Only the 2nd wheel brush I've tried. Does the job but I have some doubts about durability as bristles were falling off during the very first use and I could feel the stem bending too, also not too sure that the metal end isn't going to scratch something”

“This brush has a fairy thin arrangement of brushes so don't use too much pressure when agitating or you may cause scratches like I did! Does help to remove baked on muck but you are better off spending more on the wheel woolies the to ensure scratch fee rims.”

“I normally use a thicker brush, but found this brush much easier too use, and can get into smaller spaces. Plus not as much stress is put onto the handle as with thicker brushes. I will certainly buy again.”

“Good product and can get at most of the alloy pretty easily. To be fair though, both my Golf and A6 have 5 large spoke alloys so I'm not sure the brush would be quite as good on more intricate rims. Also the bristles are quite stiff so can flick back product into your face if you’re not careful! Other than that, I’m happy with it plus it was pretty cheap!”

“This product is good but not great. I've had the brush a little over two months now and the bristles are worn... So not very duriable. The handle doesnt last very long i have to keep twisting it up the wire brush but to make sure it holds put some super glue in the handle and it wont come off. but then you run the risk of snapping it if brush is used to hard. on the other hand it's soft and you can bend wire head to reach differcult places... So if your thinking of getting one buy at least two.”
