As with most Koch products, it does what it says 'on the tin' and works. I've used a few fallout removers, and this is a reliable option. I bought this, specifically for wheel fallout although instructions stipulate, it can be used on any painted surface. I used this in winter, so I can't comment on its dwell time really as anything will pretty much stay wet at the moment. However, it did react within 10 seconds and did a solid job of removing what was there. Again, if you're looking for something, that doesn't hurt the wallet, but is reliable, Koch Chemie has you covered.
