Menzerna Fast Gloss FG400 is a innovative cut compound that offers exceptional levels of cut and gloss

Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400 contains even more ultra fine abrasive so can now remove sanding marks up to 1200 grit whilst at the same time producing exceptional levels of gloss. We have found this to be a truly exceptional product when used by either Dual Action or Rotary polisher, quickly removing swirls and scratches even on tough paints leaving a truly exceptional level of gloss for such a correction compound.

Like all products from Menzerna Heavy Cut 400 is free of silicone and fillers so therefore results are permanent.

Directions for use:

Ensure surface is clean, dry & cool to the touch
Apply 2-3 pea sized amounts to a medium/heavy polishing pad or lambswool pad depending on the requirements of the job
Place pad against paintwork & work at low speeds to spread compound
Work abrasives at medium speed (3-4 with a DA, 2-3 with a rotary)
Wipe residue with Soft microfibre towel
Finish can be checked using Menzerna Control Cleaner to remove all residue is removed

“I was recommended this as an alternative to Meguires cutting compound and being used with Meguires microfibre cutting pads I was not disappointed with it’s cutting power at all. My only gripe was that it produced a lot of dust which wasn’t great as I had to use 4 cloths to polish off. I would buy again for its main purpose as it excels at that. Left a great gloss on the car too.”

“Used this on our scratched 11 year old black Panda so not looking for show car finish but aimed it to shine up a bit and lose some of the shallower scratches and swirls. Applied with a hard pad on DA polisher. Went on easily and broke down to a fine dust. Wiped off with a microfibre cloth to leave a remarkably high gloss finish with most of the surface swirls and scratches gone. Planned to finish off with a 3500 polish but when I did a test half panel I couldn't see any visible difference, even in strong sunlight, so simply wiped over with Menzerma sealant. Job done.”

“I bought the 250ml version and I am now about to order the 1ltr version. All I can say about this stuff is that it is awesome and it does what it says on the tin. I have tried many of polishes and compounds and I have to admit that this stuff tops the lot. Never had any issues on a cutting pad and its more than capable in my opinion at taking out nasty scratches and more & I love it.”

“This product is amazing! I have read so many reviews on this product and I finally got it. When used with the Menzerna SP4000 and power lock sealant your car will look amazing.
