Menzerna Fast Gloss FG400 is a innovative cut compound that offers exceptional levels of cut and gloss

Menzerna Heavy Cut Compound 400 contains even more ultra fine abrasive so can now remove sanding marks up to 1200 grit whilst at the same time producing exceptional levels of gloss. We have found this to be a truly exceptional product when used by either Dual Action or Rotary polisher, quickly removing swirls and scratches even on tough paints leaving a truly exceptional level of gloss for such a correction compound.

Like all products from Menzerna Heavy Cut 400 is free of silicone and fillers so therefore results are permanent.

Menzerna Technical Data Sheet

Directions for use:

Ensure surface is clean, dry & cool to the touch
Apply 2-3 pea sized amounts to a medium/heavy polishing pad or lambswool pad depending on the requirements of the job
Place pad against paintwork & work at low speeds to spread compound
Work abrasives at medium speed (3-4 with a DA, 2-3 with a rotary)
Wipe residue with Soft microfibre towel
Finish can be checked using Menzerna Control Cleaner to remove all residue is removed

“This review is based on the VOC Green line I was sent. This product was used on a Vauxhall Insignia. I think this will now be my go to compound. Easy to use. Goes a long way. I also used this to compound out overspray and wet sanding marks after i resprayed a part of my rear bumper Only negative i felt the product difficult to dispense from the tube that's why a loss of 1 star. You can see before and after of the Wet Sanding at 1500 Grit taken out by the HC400 in the attached Photos.”

“Brilliant compound took out heavy defects whilst without leaving hazing or swirls behind brilliant for a single stage on a heavily damaged car but would advise getting a refining compound just incase as i have only used it one paint type so far!!”
