“I did not notice the coloured thread running around the margins of this shirt - awful. Looks like you ran out of white cotton.
There are places for colours, the thread is not one of them. Shame, because my husband does wear very colourful shirts - such as the paint splash.
See below, same comment for a second shirt. Neither of these two will ever be worn. There is a difference between a stylistic feature and what looks like an inventory mistake. This shirt is ruined by a mistake.

Shirt arrived having had no quality checks. Frayed ends around both sleeve seams, cuffs and many buttons. Fine,things sometimes slip through the net. However customer service equally poor having waited for over 2 weeks for a response to my pictures and description I have heard nothing. Not what I expected. Matthew V”
