“I had checked on your website and it showed that you had this item in stock, I wanted it for a friend. So on the third time I logged on, after checking with my friend that he wanted it, and it still showed you had stock. I ordered and paid for it along with three other items, qualifying for free delivery. Next morning I received an email saying you didn't have this item and sent me a refund for it, less £9.50 for postage. This was dissatisfying because with the addition postage costs to the other items, they cost me more than I could have obtained them elsewhere with an order I placed for a Lucas RM21 alternator kit.
I ended up ordering the pazon ignition kit from the manufacturer in New Zealand, may take a bit longer but at least they do have them and even with import fury and vat, still cheaper than your reasonable price was.”
