“The ordered headlight was delivered very promptly but it unfortunately had some manufacturing defects (from an Indian supplier, I think) necessitating a return. CBPC/ Phoenix had no replacement to offer but they were extremely accommodating regarding the return and the customer service could not be faulted. I would not hesitate to use CBPC/ Phoenix again as they were pleasant and easy to work with.”
