“I can't fault classic bike parts themselves, the price was good and the product was good, however I am deducting a star for the delivery. Why on earth do you use fed-ex, I was sent 4 emails giving me a delivery time of 8.30-12.30 so I arranged to work in the afternoon, then at 12.34 I was sent another email changing the time to before 6pm, bad tracking information is worse than no tracking information.
Why on earth would you use fedex, a company who on trustpilot has 1 out of 5 stars with 93% (yes 93%) giving a 1 star rating and just 4% a 5 star rating, for me personally the fact this is who you use is enough for me not not be buying from you again.”
“Had been looking for some classic motorcycle tyres in keeping with my classic project bike. After speaking with them direct they were delivered a couple of days from order. Now fitted they look the complete part. Good company, far price and great delivery time.”
