“I have given 4 out of 5 stars not due to the product but due to the service. The number plates arrived and seemed a good product - they look good and seem well made. The service i received wasn't bad just not proactive to help. I am in Australia and spelt out what I was after. I was advised to go to the website but not how to specify on the website what I wanted (numbers and letters on the plate). I had to keep emailing to ask more questions instead of being given the information upfront. I appreciate that doing this can be tedious and time-consuming but as a customer I was hoping for more I also emailed to ask for a tracking number and received no reply.”
