“we phoned surprice when we had picked up our luggage at Naples airport we phoned 3 times and was told the shuttle bus was on its way IT TOOK THEM AN HOUR AND A HALF TO PICK US UP AND NO APOLIGY OFFERED AND WHEN WE GOT TO SURPRICE OFFICE THEY WERE IGNORANT ARROGANT AND VERY VERY SLOW NO HELP EXPLAINING ANYTHING ABOUT THE CAR AND EVERYTHING WAS IN ITALIAN ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE ON THE CAR INSTRUMENT CONSOLE TO ENGLISH SO I COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT THE CAR WAS TELLING ME NO TOILETS”
