“The actual company was called Alquicoche car hire. Total rip off. Charged me 120€ after telling me everything was ok. Then said it was for normal cleaning exterior and interior and for smoking in the car. There was no where on the contract thst you could not smoke in the car and here was no damage to the interior. The car was cleaned the day before return and there was no excessive dirtiness. The contract clearly states that if in or out are excessively dirty a fee would be charged. They said on return all was ok and waited until I left the country to rip me off. The bill actually said chages fof normal cleaning of the car. I will never use them again and will bad mouth them to everyone I can. ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL RIP OFF.”
