“Good value, professional and reliable. I had taken out full cover and no excess so there was no messing about with or arguments over dinks and dents. Car was fabulous, but it could have been a real let down. So my only little criticism was that we had hired a Fiat 500 (or similar). We were initially fobbed off with a horrible looking fiat Panda. We discovered a 500 within 2 cars of ours and had to really fight for the 500 when it should have been available to us in the first place.”
