“Good customer service apart from the one point mentioned below, although finding the car in the underground car park was challenging. Simple process to hire the car and very reasonably priced. The car had a lot of scratches on it and I was told to photograph them when I got into the daylight as proof it was not my fault. I felt dubious about this especially when the car was returned and told it would be an hour or two before it was checked over and verified no further damage. My thoughts were this could be a scam or racket as recorded across Europe lately. Since I have not had a bill for any damage I take it all was well as far as their checks went. It left me feeling a little anxous for a week or so, This later checking of damage before and after use could and should be much better organised. If it had been better organised, I would have given 5 stars.”
