“The car was fine in general but was dirty when we picked it up as the car wash was not working properly. However the windscreen was very dirty inside and out and made it very difficult to drive 100 miles east into the setting sun that evening. I had to wait 20 minutes to get the winsccreen washer fluid topped up at the airport as it was completely empty and there were crumbs etc inside the car. Very dissappointimng after paying $1,200 for a hire car.”

Hi Peter That is disappointing I must agree - generally in the US the big rental brands are letting customers choose the car from a range in the lot - so this sort of thing can be avoided - clearly that's not happened here.
