“We received exceptional customer service when we collected our hire car. The process was quick and friendly with no hard sell on any extras. The procedure of inspecting our car for existing scratches or damage was thorough and they were happy with me videoing it with my phone. On our return, once again the process of handing the car back was quick and friendly and after checking there was no damage, we were on our way into the airport for our flight home. I would highly recommend Europcar and will definitely use them again.”
