“Everything went smoothly the lady at the desk was very helpful she even upgraded me to a bigger car which absolutely fantastic generally when I hire a car in Italy I have nothing but grief however the car hadn't been cleaned just some minor vacuuming could have been done but it was more than appcetable Very pleased this time.”
