“Maybe the worst car rental exprerience ever. The desk was 2 kilometres away of the airport and due to the flight delay, we arrived at 23:00, that means we lost the deadline with the car and after that our room hotel because there was no way to get there. When we picked the car the next day, our air condition was broken but we were 2 hours away from Malpensa and we didn't return there. Never again Centauro even they are willing to pay me. Absolute amateurs, the low cost solution is not always good.”

Hi Nikos, We are so sorry this happened to you - it was very unfortunate that your significant flight delay meant you arrived after the Centauro office had closed. Off site locations do offer great price advantages, but almost all close on time meaning that can mean an overnight stay is required at a local hotel and providing prior arrangements have been made collecting the car in the morning. It is true that in such circumstances on airport locations offer more convenience. It was also unfortunate that the air conditioning fault was not found until you were 2 hours from the airport - and you understandably do not want to return. We are sorry that this hire was less than perfect, but please do try again - and whichever company you go with we will aske them in advance to roll out the red carpet!
