“Very strategic the fact that you don't really know anything about the insurance with this company. Once you get there, even with your booking reference number, they kinda "happy" to give you the "big surprise" tell you that you either pay €1100 and take full responsibility of all the possible damages of the car (they give you back the money upon return of the car without damages), or you can pay €108 and then you are fully insured with them. Hence, online it looks like it's the cheapest rental car in Ibiza, which is definitely not. The car was good, the service overall was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it due ti this "funny trick". FYI no one really tells you there's a shuttle that brings you from the airport to their office, and return. So the first time I had to walk 20 minutes with all my luggage just to get there and find out there would have been a shuttle van in the parking of the Airport. Just not very well organised or clearly advertised, they can definitely do better.”
