“Absolute joke got there and they told me the car I had reserved was in an accident and they did not offer me an alternative. I asked the gentleman why they had not informed me before getting a taxi from the airport that cost me 100.euros. His reply was we didn't think your email was correct because it was too long. I asked him you should have maybe tried (my email was correct by the way). They basically gave my car to a higher paying customer I know how these things work.”
