Hi Catherine, I am sorry to see that you had a issue with your item. We had a conversation on the telephone over this and it was unclear whether it was the cylinder or your regulator or your stove that was the issue. That was the last we heard from you. If it was the cylinder then like I said on the telephone we would have sent you a replacement or refunded you. We have never had one of these cylinders "not working" in all the years we have sold them.

“THIS IS NOT A BOT GENERATED AUTO 5 STAR REVIEW! Phoned them up to see what bottles they had of CAMPINGAZ and it was nice to not have some surly grumpy f*rt who clearly doesn't care on the phone to advise. Instead there was a very helpful young woman who explained the shortage of the 907 bottles and that the 904 is more popular anyway and practical otherwise you save money and just jump to the bigger CALOR sizes. She was spot on. So instead of it costing me £85 for a new bottle (out of stock) from Go Outdoors or £30 for an empty bottle and £30 refill from the cheapest place i could find from ToolHire i got it ordered and DELIVERED TO MY HOME for £50!! £45 for a new FULL 904 canister and delivered for £5. BARGAIN. With new safety carry cap. The lady was right too a 904 bottle is plenty big enough. Not sure how much they charge for a refill but i will be passing near them (im over 30 miles away) on most of my journeys so i can swap it out. They also give lots of emails to say its enroute and when its delivered and an invoice so i can claim it as a work expense - get in!! The big difference was the lass on the phone who was helpful to newbies instead of an angry B&Q type guy!”
