It enables you to use the chocolate you prefer, to mix dark and light to the right blend of chocolate for you; and to avoid the commercial hot chocolate products with their odd, extraneous ingredients (have you ever tried tasting them on the tongue?). And it's quick and easy - milk in the microwave, add the chocolate (you can use pieces from a bar) and just shake. Altogether the best.”
