Description: A sweet and mellow tea consisting of one Silver Needle shoot and two tender young leaves giving it soft floral tones. The natural oxidisation which takes place when the leaves are harvested and allowed to wither in the sun provides the White Peony with beautiful light flavours creating a refreshing and easy-drinking tea.

“This was my first try of a white tea. It has a lovely mellow but clean taste, a bit of sweetness and a touch of fruit. Does not go harsh as you go down the pot. Nice, I would buy it again.”

“First order from Chiswick tea and it comes fast well packed in a box, tea came in a zip lock bag. My first time tasting white tea as it was on sale. First of all the leaves were huge! Delivered in a box so the tea was not crushed. I went for 250g. The taste is nice and refreshing worth a try.”

“My friend first tried White Peony Tea at the Berkeley Hotel in London, and was so impressed with it that she talked about it for days! I decided to try to give her some for her birthday. When I came to the Tastea Tea website, I was overwhelmed by the choices available, and was extremely tempted by the Peony & Rosebud tea instead. However, having plumped for the White Peony, my friend was ecstatic when she found it was available on-line. The quality and flavour were just as she remembered, fragrant and refreshing. The prices are very reasonable, and the delivery was very quick. We are both very impressed with the efficiency and quality of the company, and will be regular, returning customers from now on.
