“This teapot is an excellent design. The depth of the lid rim means that the lid doesn't fall off the teapot even at near vertical angles when pouring the tea. The coil strainer filters out even quite small leaves & I have found it to rinse clean easily without having to dismantle it from the pot. The non-drip spout works a treat. GREAT that Chiswick Tea Co. sells replacement lids! It is a fraction of the cost of a similar glass teapot from Jing Tea (which doesn't 'work' nearly as well as this).”

“This is a really lovely looking teapot and is just the right size for two proper mugs of tea. I was worried the internal coil would not be tight enough due to the warning about fine tea, but it is much tighter than it looks in the piture.”
