“After trying several brands of assam organic, it was clear that Chardwar Estate Assam was my personal favourite. I use a 500mg pot and use 5mg of tea with 500mg water. I try to let it brew for around 8 mins but I can take it at 5 mins. I also make a brew using my own blend of Chardwar Assam 60% and Chardwar Darjeeling 40% 3mg+2mg respectively. I am that delighted with Chardwar Estate teas I purchase from Chiswick Tea Co, I took a look at the estate on Google Earth, Bengal region if memory serves me well.”
