“Firstly, customer service, delivery and packaging are all great so far. On first impressions the mat looked excellent. I chose to buy a larger and more expensive mat for my daughter's new desk. She does a lot of art work and her original cutting mat was fine apart from quite small. The new Rhino mat does not clean up that well. Also, she used post it notes yesterday and it left a sticky residue on the mat. It took ages to try and get off. I used a hot soapy cloth and quite a bit of firm rubbing. In thd end I had to use nail polish remover. Her post it notes have been used for ages with no problems to her cutting mat or even table.
I am very disappointed. In fairness to the company , I haven't contacted them about the above issues. I'm not good at complaining but decided to write this review to help any others.”
