“The mat is large enough for all my needs without being too large. The material is sturdy, self heals well and the markings are great for helping me with a large project I am doing. The green colour on one side and grey on the other helps when cutting dark or light fabrics. Rhino customer service was excellent very helpful, informative and understood my requirements. Would definitely recommend them.”

“This is an excellent mat and very good value. Our only caveat is the packing for delivery; the corrugated cardboard was inadequate for such a large item and was all rolled around the mat in the same direction instead of 50% at right angles. Result: bendy to the point of damage and packing starting to disintegrate.”

Thank you for your review. I am pleased to hear that we were able to provide you with a good service throughout your order.
We are sorry to hear that you had problems with the packaging and that it was damaged. We do try to make sure we package the mats very carefully so that if there is any damage, its only to the packaging and not the mat. Some of the couriers are not as careful with parcels as we would like, so we try to make sure they are packaged well. In this case, it appears that we could have added more packaging and I will certainly pass this onto the warehouse.
If you could kindly provide us with your order number or email address we would like to contact you to find out how much damage there was and if your mat was affected? If this was the case then we would like the opportunity to resolve this for you.
