“I ordered a cremation jewellery piece online from Cherished Urns. I had already received a catalogue and kit to package and dispatch the ashes of my loved one, so it was just a case of placing the order for my chosen jewellery piece and making payment. I received a 10% promotional discount as advertised and proceeded to pay, opting for PayPal. The Cherished Urns website was easy to use and making payment was straightforward. Packaging and dispatching the ashes may not be for everyone, in which case, you could ask a family member, friend or the funeral director to help you. I was able to package the ashes myself. Clear instructions on what to do are provided by Cherished Urns with the kit. There is a confirmation order form to complete which includes giving the name of the deceased for the ashes you are sending. When the ashes are received by Cherished Urns, a confirmation email is sent, giving peace of mind. My order was completed in two weeks. I ordered a silver ring. It was crafted to such a high standard and is beautiful. The ring arrived in a presentation box wrapped in suitable quality paper with a Cherished Urns ribbon around it. A Certificate of Authenticity was enclosed. The unused ashes of my loved one were also returned at the same time securely in a bag placed in a black velvet pouch. The packaging used to dispatch my order was robust and secure. What I liked about the whole process from placing the order to delivery was being kept informed by email from Cherished Urns. Thank you so much for crafting such a beautiful ring.”
