“We were very impressed with the overall service provided by Cherished Urns. The highlights were the sensitivity of the wording used when the ashes safely arrived to their offices and the communication via email was generally good. The necklace was pretty and displayed in a nice black box. My only areas of development was that the jewellery necklace was slighter smaller than it appeared in the picture. Also, it would have been good to have known that there was leftover ashes in the packaging sent to us with the jewellery as my mum wouldn’t have wanted to see this so it was good that I removed this before giving her the necklace. I would however order again.”
