Dear valued customer, We appreciate you leaving your review of the Gents Classic Round Memorial Ashes Cufflinks that we recently crafted for you. We regret that you were not completely happy with the finished product. As we explained to you before creating the cufflinks, the fragility of the ashes you sent us meant that only the dark ones could be used. This did create a different tone than the one you expected but we are sure that your future husband will be touched with such a special gift and that having his father accompanying him on your wedding day will bring him comfort and peace.
