“I am not that pleased with the cardboard urn I bought to hold my Nanny's ashes. There is a small crease in the cardboard on the front of the lid. Although it can be turned to the back the picture doesn't line up. Unfortunately, I did not receive the instruction leaflet or sticker that is supposed to be included but did receive the tube of glue. After a couple of attempts, I was able to download the instructions in PDF form but feel this could have caused distress during an already emotional time. I did use the 10% discount code available to buy it and feel glad I didn't pay full price.”
