Dear Walter, Thank you for also leaving your rating of the Brass - Heart Medallion in Bronze. Engravable, which you recently purchased from our website. To allow each customer to choose how they wish the medallion to adorn the urn we supply it just with a simple ribbon. We apologise for any inconvenience you experienced in getting the medallion engraved. Normally many key cutters and jewellers offer engraving services, but maybe due to the restrictions at the present time, it has not been so easy to get the engraving done.
