“The necklace was delivered quickly and safely. It was very attractive and well-made. One slight problem was that they forgot to put in the implement to open it to insert the ashes. This was then sent after I contacted them.”

Dear Keith, Thank you for leaving your review of the Tree of Life Hollow Ashes Cremation Pendant that you recently selected from our website. We apologise again for not having included the tiny screwdriver to remove the screw to insert the ashes. Normally all of our self-fill pendants are shipped with the screwdriver and a little funnel to make the insertion of the ashes easier, somehow this one went out without it. Sorry.
