“Sorry i have to write this,i ordered a white oak casket for my dear mother's ashes,it came in good time however the quality was very poor, clearly mass-produced in China or somewhere like that,i was hoping it was going to be a hand made item, granted customer support have been good and arranged for the casket to be picked, which all ran smoothly, so I'm now waiting for my refund,fingers crossed it wont take to long as i need to buy another casket,the pictures online looked great,but with lots of things now adays what you see is not always what you get Nick H”

“Super fast delivery However disappointed in size of urn. I measured the box my late husbands ashes are in leaving plenty of space to fit them into urn without disturbing his ashes However the urn size internal is a lot smaller so was unable to fit the bottom back on securely. Inside measurements are a lot smaller than expected”
