“I wanted a semi transparent fabric suitable for stitch drawing. Plain cotton organdie is a new fabric to me and I’m delighted. It is perfect. It would be good to be able to show you an image. I’m experimenting with drawing, painting and sewing with it. It is extremely strong with a natural stiffness, a little like it’s been starched, but it doesn’t lose that attribute. After my first order, I ordered another 10 metres. I can foresee it being useful for so many things. Draw, trace and image. Drop your feed dogs and attach your free motion foot. Follow the lines you have drawn. It is so liberating and unique. Thank you Cheap (quality) Fabrics”
