“Have been buying Charlie’s fresh trout for some considerable time and it never disappoints, such a delicate flavour I sometimes serve it on a bed of roast vegetables , with wedge of lemon and drizzle of chilli sauce, delicious , but just as good, on it’s own with a wedge of lemon, new potatoes, green beans”
