“Lovely smoked flavour and perfect texture. It just melted in the mouth when served with rye bread on Christmas Day. The leftovers kept fresh in the packet and made a wonderful topping for blinis on New Year’s Eve. Would definitely buy again. Thank you Charlie and team.”
