“The smoked salmon turned out to be trout with with beetroot infusion . I have no Issues with type of cut which was novel to me but perhaps in future would order fully sliced side of either trout or salmon . The beetroot colour is very Christmassey and in keeping with the upcoming season. No issues especially if you see me reordering in the future . DM”
