“I got this cover to protect the inner cushion in our dog bed but when I put it on found it’s very bouncy and stretchy - almost like balloon material. My dog wouldn’t sleep - or even get up on her bed with it on so it’s been a waste of money. It may work for other dogs but not for mine.”

Please do bear in mind that if the liner has not been used, as with all orders placed with Charley Chau online, you can return it to us and we will issue a full refund including the original shipping fee that you paid on your order. See our Returns and Exchanges policy for full details: https://www.charleychau.com/pages/returns-exchanges The fabric we use for our Waterproof Bed Liners is indeed stretchy- it’s a fabric often used to make pillow protectors for hospital use so it has a soft handle and is breathable too. The fabric should mould with the bed. Most waterproof fabrics are stiff and “crunchy” – our's is not and deliberately so. I’m not sure whether or not you purchased the Waterproof Liner to go onto a Charley Chau bed or another brand of dog bed. If it was another brand of dog bed I’d be interested to know whether or not the liner is a good fit in terms of size as this could have had an impact on how the liner is reacting on the bed. Once again, so sorry to hear that you were not happy with the Waterproof Bed Liner and do bear in mind that you can return it for a full refund. Best wishes, Christine
