I'm sorry you didn't receive your order in time for your dog's birthday. All our deliveries require a signature on arrival and are not left unattended if no one is there to sign for the parcel as the insurance would be invalidated. The drivers will try to leave with a neighbour if possible otherwise parcels are returned to the local depot and sent out for delivery again the following working day. Parcelforce are generally reliable but sometimes deliveries do not go as planned. Unfortunately, once parcels leave our HQ, we have no control over the delivery and we are in the hands of the courier companies. Again, our apologies the Snuggle Bed did not arrive in time.
